HOW LONG UNTIL MY PACKAGE ARRIVES?

Orders are shipped 5-7 business days after being placed. In the US we ship media mail which takes 2-8 days and for Canada and Mexico we typically use USPS First Class which can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks.

CAN I ORDER IF I LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE US, CANADA, AND MEXICO?

In most cases yes! Email us at contact@orphansoftheimpactwinter.com and we'll see what we can do for you.

MY TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED BUT IT'S NOWHERE TO BE FOUND?

We receive the same tracking number and no additional delivery details on orders than what is sent. Contact the carrier ASAP for additional details and/or file a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for locating, replacing, or refunding any lost or stolen packages.
